Maw’id operates getmawid.com and the dental clinic management system it describes.
These terms cover use of the getmawid.com informational website. Use of the clinic management system itself is governed by a separate agreement between the clinic and Maw’id.
What this site is
An informational site about Maw’id, dental clinic management software. It is not a login portal, it provides no medical service, and it holds no patient data.
What the form does
Sending the contact form means you have asked us to get in touch. It does not create an account, does not subscribe you to anything, does not commit you to anything, and does not commit us to providing the service.
Accuracy
We aim to describe the system accurately here. Some features require setup by the clinic before they work — WhatsApp reminders, for example, require the clinic’s messaging channel to be configured and enabled. Interfaces shown on this site display sample data and are not customer data.
Pricing
This site shows no prices. Any price or financial commitment is agreed separately and in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form to send patient data, and do not use it for automated or repeated submissions. We may disregard requests that appear automated.
Ownership
The Maw’id name, its logo and the design of this site belong to Maw’id. The fonts used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, and a copy of that licence ships alongside the font files.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw its content at any time.
