Maw’id operates getmawid.com and the dental clinic management system it describes.
This page explains what this marketing site collects when you send the contact form, why, and how long it is kept. It does not cover what your clinic stores inside the system itself — see the last section.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your full name, your clinic’s name, a contact number, and your preferred contact method. And, if you choose to fill them in: city, email, and your role at the clinic. We also record when you gave consent and the exact consent wording you agreed to, plus the language of the page you sent it from.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request and discuss your clinic’s needs. We do not use these details for anything else, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
How long it is kept
Contact request details are deleted one year after we last spoke. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Who sees it
The Maw’id team only. We do not sell contact details, trade them, or share them with advertisers.
What we do NOT collect
This site collects no patient data. The form is for clinic contact details only — please do not send files or medical information through it. Requests sent from this site are stored in a table that is entirely separate from clinic and patient data, and is not linked to it.
Tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so opening the page sends no request to any outside party.
How we are notified
When a contact request arrives, we receive a WhatsApp notification containing what you wrote in the form, so we can reply promptly.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Send the request through the contact form on this site, quoting the clinic name and contact number you used, and we will act on it.
The clinic system
This policy covers the marketing site. Data your clinic stores inside Maw’id — including patient data — is governed by the agreement between the clinic and Maw’id, not by this page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the last-updated date above changes with it. The consent we recorded for you stays tied to the wording you agreed to at the time you submitted, not to any later wording.
